Error: "Rate Limit Exceeded"

Symptoms:
When sending a command to Reasoning, the system displays the error message "Rate limit exceeded" while the command is being processed.

Cause:
This error occurs when the budget defined in the API configuration profile has been fully consumed.
In other words, the "Used Budget" has reached 100% of the "Max Budget", preventing new requests until the budget is renewed or increased.

Recommendations:
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Check the Budget:
    Go to the API profile settings and review the "Budget Overview" section. If the budget is exhausted, you will need to increase the limit or wait for the next billing cycle.

  2. Increase the Budget (if needed): To increase the budget, you must ask your organization's administrator to contact the services team.

  3. Wait for Renewal:
    If increasing the budget is not an option, you will need to wait until it is automatically renewed in the next cycle.
