Error: "Rate Limit Exceeded"
Symptoms:
When sending a command to Reasoning, the system displays the error message "Rate limit exceeded" while the command is being processed.

Cause:
This error occurs when the budget defined in the API configuration profile has been fully consumed.
In other words, the "Used Budget" has reached 100% of the "Max Budget", preventing new requests until the budget is renewed or increased.
Recommendations:
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

Check the Budget:
Go to the API profile settings and review the "Budget Overview" section. If the budget is exhausted, you will need to increase the limit or wait for the next billing cycle. -
Increase the Budget (if needed): To increase the budget, you must ask your organization's administrator to contact the services team.

Wait for Renewal:
If increasing the budget is not an option, you will need to wait until it is automatically renewed in the next cycle.
