Accessing the Application
This page explains how to sign in to AI/R Watch and navigate its main interface.
AI/R Watch uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to authenticate users. All pages are protected — if you are not signed in, the application redirects you to the login page automatically.
Signing In
- Open the AI/R Watch URL provided by your organization.
- If no active session exists, you are redirected to the login page.
- Enter your organizational credentials and complete any required verification steps.
- After successful authentication, you are returned to the AI/R Watch dashboard.
Your session is maintained across page refreshes. You do not need to sign in again unless your session expires or you explicitly sign out.
Selecting an Organization
After signing in, you must select an organization before the dashboard data becomes available. The organization selector is located in the application header.
Using the Organization Selector
- Click the organization selector in the header.
- A dropdown opens with a search field and a hierarchical list of organizations you belong to.
- Type to filter the list by name.
- Click an organization to select it.
The selected organization is remembered for the duration of your browser session. If you close and reopen the browser, you will need to select it again.
If the selector shows "No organization found", your account may not be associated with any organization in the system. Contact your platform administrator to request access.
Header Navigation
The application header provides access to the main navigation controls. The tab bar below the header lets you switch between the main dashboard views.

Account Menu
Click your avatar or name in the top-right corner to open the account menu:
- My Profile — view your user profile information
- Light / Dark Theme — toggle between light and dark display modes; your preference is saved automatically
- Language — switch the interface language (Portuguese, English, or Spanish)
- Sign Out — end your session and return to the login page
Mobile Navigation
On smaller screens, the organization selector and account menu are accessible through the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner of the header. Tapping it opens a slide-in drawer with the same controls available on desktop.
